Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about your Liberty Skis purchase and gear maintenance.

How do I choose the right ski length for my height and ability?

Generally, skis should reach somewhere between your chin and the top of your head. Advanced skiers or those looking for stability at high speeds often prefer longer skis, while beginners or those prioritizing maneuverability may prefer shorter lengths. Check our size guide on each product page for specific model recommendations.

Do Liberty Skis come with a warranty?

Yes, all Liberty Skis are backed by a 3-year warranty against manufacturer defects. This covers issues related to materials and craftsmanship but does not include damage from rocks, rails, or improper mounting.

When will my order ship and how long does delivery take?

Orders for in-stock items typically process within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping within the continental US usually takes 3-5 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your skis leave our warehouse.

Do you offer international shipping?

We currently ship directly to customers in the United States and Canada. For other international regions, please use our Dealer Locator to find an authorized Liberty Skis retailer in your country.

What is your return policy for skis?

We accept returns on unused, unmounted skis in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Please note that once skis have been drilled for bindings, they are no longer eligible for return or exchange.

Do my skis come pre-waxed and ready to ride?

All Liberty Skis come with a factory tune and a light coat of storage wax. While they are ready to ride out of the box, we recommend a fresh hot wax for the best performance on your first day of the season.
